Staying Alive WY, LLC Policies

Certifications: Most certifications take 2-3 business days to receive electronically via e-mail directly from the American Red Cross after the course has been completed. Participants may access their certificates online after they have received the email, HERE.

Age Requirement: Participants must be 12 years old or older to register for any First Aid/CPR/AED courses.

No-Show/Absentee Policy: No refund will be given if a participant is absent for any reason.

You must contact us at least 12 hours prior to your to scheduled class to request a cancellation or to reschedule your course.

Blended Learning courses consists of 2 parts: online education (self-paced) and hands-on skills lab (in person). Participants are required to complete the online portion prior to the hands-on skills lab. The instructor will verify completion of the online learning course through the Red Cross prior to the lab starting. Failure to complete the online education will result in the forfeiture of the skills lab and no refund will be given for the course.

Note: Staying Alive WY reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason. In the event a class is cancelled, the participants may receive a full refund or transfer into another course (same price or pay/receive difference).

Participant Agreement

Participating in Staying Alive WY, LLC courses binds participants to the following statements:

I, for myself or my child(ren), hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Staying Alive Wy, LLC or its instructors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my child, or any of the property belonging to me or my child, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted as well as on other premises where activities have been contracted to perform or teach.

I, for myself or my child(ren), further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my or my child(ren)'s participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.

I, for myself or my child(ren), agree to allow Staying Alive WY, LLC use of photographed/videoed images in public relations and marketing materials including but not limited to print, video and electronic media.

I, for myself or my child(ren), allow Staying Alive WY, LLC permission to use my contact information to communicate any applicable course updates or announcements.
